NADART Classic Retirement Plans

Some employees do not have time to research investment choices or do not want the responsibility of making financial decisions. So some employers shopping for a retirement plan may prefer to let someone else take care of those things for their employees. NADART Classic Retirement Plans are designed for employers who recognize these characteristics in their workforce. Valued on a daily basis, these retirement strategies are simple, low-maintenance, easy-to-understand plans.

NADART offers three types of Classic retirement plans:

NADART Classic 401(k) Plan
Our most popular plan, participants can choose to defer a portion of their wages by contributing that portion to the plan. This portion is not taxable income. The employer has the option of making a matching contribution, profit-sharing contribution or no contribution to the plan.

NADART Classic Profit-Sharing Plan
In this plan, the employer offers contributions to the plan based on the profits or financial condition of the company that year. Employees have the option of making after-tax contributions to the plan.

NADART Classic Pension Plan
Employees are usually required to contribute a percentage of their pay on an after-tax basis. In turn, the employer makes a matching or fixed contribution to the plan.
