Last Day for Submitting Your Form 5500

Remember that today, October 15, is the extended deadline for submitting your Form 5500 paperwork (for the 2008 plan year) to the Department of Labor (DOL) and/or the Internal Revenue Service. New Roth Rollover Rules

2010 will bring changes to who can roll money over into a Roth IRA. Specifically, the changes apply to income limits. As the law stands right now, only those with incomes of less than $100,000 (for both joint filers and single filers) are able to convert their IRA into a Roth IRA. That limit will be eliminated in 2010.
